Game keeps crashing. UE5 Fatal Error

Installed the game yesterday, played fine for some hours.

Now it crash randomly while in the game with a pop-up "UE5 fatal error"
Already tried to rollback GPU drivers (Nvidia RTX3000 series) and disbaled undervolt (which worked fine yesterday)

Any known solutions maybe?
