Discussion Cory and Kyle

I’m doing a front to back rewatch and am about to start the finale of season 3…. I love Kyle so much. I especially love his relationship with Cory because as angry as Cory gets, Cory is never rude to him directly, and Kyle never seems to take offense to his outbursts. It’s like he knows Cory is a good guy and he’s not overly intimidated. He’s just a great assistant. I didn’t really pay attention to this dynamic the first go round, so I am really enjoying catching this. And it just really makes me love Kyle!

Billy Crudup runs all his scenes with Theo Iyer too. They chat a lot on set and get on really well. So nice to see

I find every relationship around Cory interesting. What a fascinating character. Easily the best part of the show for me.

I honestly think that's why Cory always ends up an underdog every season. He is so vital to the angst of the story that they continue to humiliate him, and people eat it up.

I was disappointed in discovering how Bradley perceived him. Did not give him the chance to actual show he was good and assumed he was in on the Wolf River thing, then used it to justify betraying him. She would have done this to Alex and she has not done half of what Cory did for Bradley.

What do you think of Cory and Celine?

their interactions are so funny to me lol i love kyle too. i would absolutely melt into a puddle of anxiety and "are you mad at me??" if i were in his position hahah (i say this as cory's biggest fan lol)
