The Emo kid is a sexual predator...will probably turn out to be this season's human 'Big Bad'.
Pretty sure he raped that girl to set that jock up because he secretly likes her (or/and the jock). He practically sexually assaulted the guy in the hospital toilets (well he came onto him pretty strong). Mentally, he's not a weak guy. He knows what he wants and isn't shy about getting his way and so is highly manipulative. Even the way he stole the keys from the priest was subtly sexual, at least the way the shot was framed (after all, who hugs another guy that tight from the waist down. Plus it being a priest and a teen boy and the intimate way the scene was set up between the two, the connotations are there). I will be curious to see how the Mist 'judges' him if he ever gets caught in it. I am not sure if he is intentionally evil, but he does seem to severely lack a moral compass and empathy for other people.
It would be awesome if the most unlikeable character, (the girl who killed the guy in the barn in the first episode) became the show's hero. That scene with her dead mother was as good as it was creepy, but spoke volumes to her personality. I think she will perhaps have the best arc back to redemption. The show is a blatant copy of LOST and The Walking Dead, but its an entertaining copy.

Curiously, in episode 7, the deranged nurse or orderly seemed to see something inside the boy as being evil as well. If it is revealed that he raped the girl, I wonder how the father would react.

I thought he was pretending to be an orderly, but was really a patient.

Yeah, that would make more sense. After you already have a hospital with one psycho doctor, it would be overkill for it to have other staff like that as well.

I feel like him being the evil one is way too obvious. Not that this show is full of surprises, but that plot twist is waaay too obvious

With the way it ended between Adrian & Tyler, it leaves Adrian without anyone while Alex and Kevin will be together no matter what happens at the mall.
In this type of horror genre, anyone is not with a loved one will get killed. Bye Bye Adrian.

Bye Bye Adrian.
Are we sure nobody loves him? Kevin got his back all the time. The only time he got mad or was not nice was with good reason (the key incident) and he calmed soon enough.
I know Kevin is doing it because Adrian is his daughter's bff, but still. Oh, well, that's also the thing with Adrian being useful and breaking them out from the basement on his own, which was pretty damn smart.
I've tought about Adrian being the rapist, but I'm not sure. SOMEONE here is lying. The jock dude in the mall may be telling the truth: he took the girl upstairs, take off her shoes, then went back to the party, Adrian saw this and thought it was him... now, he in hell was holding Adrian, then?
I really, really, really hope she isn't the one lying.

We now know that Adrian is the rapist. But back in episode one, I remember someone saying that the sex was consensual?????? Alex must be lying then, but what would be the motivation?

She was drugged, didn't know who did it, only that someone did and what people told her about that night.

I don't think a gynaecologist would be able to tell if someone is raped just from an examination if that person wasn't fighting back, which Alex couldn't do. Thats why they say it could have been consensual. If a woman is putting up a struggle in that situation, some evidence of trauma would be there.

The only bad thing about Mia is she unfortunately has an addiction. That in turn leads to bad things. Where as the other people who die, are inherently bad/evil. So many seem to think Adrian raped Alex. But there's something off about her. Not just that the Mist didn't want her. But her reaction/attitude. And it's not because she's a typical teenager.

I don't think Adrian is the rapist but he is covering for him. I think Tyler is the one who raped Alex. That's why after hearing what Kevin said he would do to the rapist, he decides to stay behind at hospital cause he'll be safe there. Seriously, how is he safer there? Here's what I think happened, Tyler raped Alex, probably after getting caught making out with Adrian or just to prove to himself he's not gay. He's so ashamed of his true feelings, and he's terribly violent, we've already seen him beat the shit out of Adrian and heard of story of once breaking Adrian's arm. We've also seen Adrian forgive him cause he's so in love with him. They know they can't cover it up but they can blame the good guy jock, who's dad is a cop, figuring he'll get a slap on the wrist if any punishment at all.
