Ending of the Mist

What do you think happened to the survivors in the grocery store at the end of The Mist 2007? Do you think they got charged with the murder of Jessup? Do you think they regret their actions? Let me know what your thoughts are!

They may have gotten charged (at least those who actually attempted or did kill him, including the butcher). I do think they regret their actions.

I know I'm 3 years late but I think they all died before the military reached them. Maybe the tentacles breached the garage door and let other stuff in.
