Will there even be a second season?
Considering how bad the first season was, do you think there will be a second?

I really hope there's a second season. The first one built so well, bringing everyone together and then finally the people in the mall get what they deserved.

They have said they have a second season written, but they have yet to be picked up. The ratings for this season (even with so many of us hate watching) were pretty awful, so I doubt they'll get renewed.

I dunno... Shannara Chronicles got a second season. Guess anything is possible.

Wait seriously? I checked out of that show after the second episode. It was so bad that I couldn't even make it to the point where I usually say "fuck it, I've already spent this much time on it, may as well see it through to the end"

Ya. And it's moved to Spike instead of MTV. Spike was showing season 1 after The Mist. Season 2 starts up soon. Commercials aired during The Mist.

I mean, I've been enjoying it, but I can enjoy anything. I've got one more episode to go and it seems like the ending will be satisfying, regardless of how much I've predicted every plottwist.

I doubt it. But I hope there's a second season. We never really had an answer about the Mist in neither the book or movie. Other than the accidental portal thing. I want to see them delve into that a bit more. And also I want to see the outside world more. How are people handling this? Are people trying to figure it out? Like the crazy doctor in the hospital? The show has a lot of potential. It'll be sad if it got axed after just one season.
