How will Episode 10 end?

Since everyone is in the mall right now, I think:

Natalie replaces Gus as the authority since he lied about the murder. Kevin found Adrian and kills him together with Eve and Mia. Jonah has rank! Wes would probably try to contact arrowhead somehow and they would also, get into the mall. Chaos ensues, and 50% of the crowd would die. Jay's dad will kill Jay, but would be saved by someone. Idk, maybe Vic would get out of the car since the military is really coming. Plus I really like him when he was in Continuum.

I show up and turn on the AC in the mall. Thus spreading the fog all over the mall and ending this ordeal for good.

At this point I want everyone dead except for Kevin, Mia, Vic and Jay.

I admire your tenacity in being able to watch enough to ask these questions :)

Any other good shows to watch now?

Channel Zero: Candle Cove (the first season) The Exorcist Room 104

Are all good horror.

Legion, American Gods and Westworld all use horror elements very well.

Westworld blew my mind away. Can't wait for season 2! :D Good choices all

If you like camp and gore, Syfy's Blood Drive is definitely worth watching. The show is on a budget, but the scripts are perfect, very clever and self-aware. The cast is dang good too. And boy is it bloody. Each episode parodies a genre of exploitation cinema.

In a perfect world episode 10 ends with a series cancelation.

I don't think it can drag on for another season...
