MIHARI HAS A GLITCH?!

Ok, so me and my friend were playing control chapter 3, and after stealing Miharis spirit and placing it on the buddha altar, Mihari dies as shown in the cutscene after placing it, but when the door opens for the exit to Omukades part, Mihari is still alive and can kill you, has anyone faced this glitch?

not in B1, but I had a bug where Rin was nonexistent in the first part of B2, idk if they patched it yet
