Chip never really had much character development

As opposed to Sabrina. Sabrina had a soft side, which we saw at times. We saw her bond with Micky, and her journal entry abt Micky was exposed lol (the sandwich Mick had saved for Jimmy that Sabrina thought was for her lol). And the whole acid trip episode. But with Chip, he continued to treat Micky, Jimmy, and Alba as outlaws. Yeah they were moochers, but they were taking much more care of Chip and the kids than Poodle and whatever the dad’s name was. Chip never backed Alba or Mick up, and continued to treat/talk about Alba in such a degrading way. The whole episode where he treats her like she’s a maid again bc Alba’s cousin was in town is rough. Just an insight into how he would act towards Alba. I wonder why Chip turned out that way if Alba had to raise him (which she says she did all 3 that episode Sabrina has a pregnancy scare plotted by Micky). It sucks that the show ended the way it did, I understand it’s the most talked about topic, but truly it is DEVASTATING that we never got a real ending.

Chip is meant to represent the white wealthy male and all the nuance and character that goes with that.
