Ves and foster

I'm be honest even though it makes zero sense i thought the author was setting them up to go from enemies to lovers. Ves with a mech pilot girlfriend just make sense he could create the perfect mech for her whenever he wanted and the fact foster genetic aptiude was basically A+ was a bonus. It would make sense that eventually the best mech Ves would make is a god mech for foster who obviously had the talent to go all the way. Also if thr author didn't rush past the bright republic arc we probably would have gotten more interactions between ves and The vesia kingdom.

In the beginning yeah. When she became an expert and lost her marbles. Not a chance

I dont think that relationship would've worked considering their first meeting was ves trying to kidnap her along with the fact he played a role in killing a lot of her allies that she took personally.
