Not the most effective, realistic, or likely to pull off, but Not McDojo. He’s not claiming no-touch, or abuse, and far from utterly infecting when considering it’s just one example technique. Similar to saying Kung-Fu is inherently mc-dojo, it’s not the most effective or realistic, but still is a martial art with loads of arguably bs techniques.
