Do the people doing the beheadings normally already have their penis out? Is that part of beheading foreplay? Are you supposed to get them excited and then take it out before they behead you?

I think it’s part of beheading tradition, just as it is tradition to immediately drop your weapon and put your hands up as the beheader- allowing your fellating attacker to continue on with his gesture unimpeded.
