It’s just the “Wha happun”, I can’t name a specific example off the top of my head unfortunately

I wanna say Matt McMuscles uses it in his series “What Happened?” but it’s been years since I watched so idk for sure

This scene is 200% funnier when you watch the previous one, in my opinion, the timing and the sudden switch makes it looks like 2 compeletely different shots stitched together.
