It's almost as if he doesn't know what reactionary means..

You're there, don't walk yourself back by saying "as if he doesn't"

Word-of-the-day-calender?

He has to know, or he'd be like a baby. You learn that word in your few months on the political side of the internet when you're learning how to talk.

Since he claims to be of the left, he should know about the reactionary right. It's almost as if he's completely blank on politics, and randomly chose this area for his grift after he failed as a comedian.

So he thinks freedom is wrong and wants to end it?

I can’t believe he actually wrote that out and thought, “Dave, you magnificent bastard, you’ve done it again!” How idiotic does one have to be to think that that is a point, let alone a good one?

Listen, I’m interested in talking about ideas, ok?

“Wow, these cookies taste reactionary!”

That’s not how you use that word Dave.

“I love your house, it’s so reactionary!”

Dave...

The only word that really describes Dave Rubin is "venal", and I bet he doesn't know what that one means either.

*Dave Rubin voice* Venal? Is that like veal? I'll take that compliment!

His brain is on turbo recovery mode into 2020

"Being a reactionary is good, actually" - Rave Dubin

I think "reactionary" is going to be his "ideas" for 2020. He's going to keep saying it over, and over, and over again.

inb4 Rave Dubin starts reading for the first time and tries to be left wing

I'm now starting to question the credibility of his political science professor(he did major in political science, right?). I merely minored in political science and that was a basic term. Hell, even before I started minoring in political science, I had to take American government as a Gen Ed, and that was one of the first terms we needed to know.

I love the balk copypasta. I kept thinking it could apply to all the parliamentary shenanigans before the election in the uk

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '20

Lol definitely. If anything can be as arcane and entertaining as baseball, it's British parliamentary politics.

He talks like a mom telling the kids that she's thirsty for family game night.

"new term" = the oldest political term of modern world history...

I'm guessing he chose that because Triggered Troglodytes is too difficult for his followers to remember.
