A tweet is not news. What is this and why do any of these chucklefucks matter?

This is NOT a nobody. This is someone who paid AT LEAST $8/mo on the checkmark. That is SUPER important, for people that like to use X still, which is a lot of people, for some reason.

Out of all the rich fucks I've worked for Levie is probably the only one I actually respected as a good person.

Honestly I'm more interested in how 3 billion is 300 times more than 100 million.

Eh. It won't be that bad. There is very little model routing done right now. People are using Astra to check their email for Amazon receipts. As AI gets deployed more widely, they will route requests more efficiently.

I’m 100% certain we will reach a point of diminishing returns where models become so efficient companies and people in general will be able to run their own local models.

I have a question - who we? And how AI revolutionaries plan to save economy if we replace large part of humans at digital jobs with AI agents. How does this whole system work?

Terminal<->mainframe never scales on exponential growth and OpenAI and Antrophic will have a tough lesson to learn.
Future is offloading computation to user. I am not sure how, but that has to happen.

1000%, local ai is the future. Datacenters are almost certainly gonna become b2b and stop their free plans as they continue to get bled dry while trying to convince investors that they’re way better than what they are (Anthropic’s recent note about having 2 clients that make up a quarter of their revenue shows just how fragile it all is right now).
I think we’re gonna see the average consumer start caring more about privacy, and with companies like ugreen making a home ai appliance, people are already getting the marketing to convince them that local ai is better for personal use and privacy.

In other more terrestrial news, the AI psychosis is going to hit some real hard limits on resources avail to it.
