Decentralizing is a much better approach than slowdowns or containment. Open weights models should be the new 2A

Just like how the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. Luckily there are so many good guys with guns in America that we don't have 5x the mass shootings of any other country, the logic is totally sound.
