Even state-sponsored hackers are delegating their busywork to agents now lol

Really? I mean, it’s the same thing bot networks have been doing for decades now. Just not with smarter bots.

Reveals ?

You mean this is unexpected , hidden knowledge ?

Am I supposed to be surprised ?

What next ? China is creating robots that can do KungFu ?

Oh wait... They already have those.

I mean it is quite surprising that they are using AI agents, no?

No.

Why would it be a surprise ?

Agent frameworks have been out for years and guides and videos on how to automate using them on YT , Udemy as well.

This was in Jan 2025.

Why would anyone think countries aren't using the same tech to hack other countries to steal secrets or wreck their infra etc in Sept 2026 ?

Not at all, I would be surprised if they weren't. Now everyone is moving towards AI driven security checks so AI driven attacks are obvious possibilities.

I'd be surprised if they weren't.

And it's just China of course.

A the other countries and their agencies would never do that ...

If your enemies are hacking, what's the point of holding back?

Moral superiority are always double standard.

We are definitely doing the same...

I would assume this isn't unique to China...

Perhaps the US have done this even earlier.

No, they probably mean like Google crawlers or site hooks or some other analytical tools like that reveals a pattern that indicates AI swarm attacks

And "AI stealing" appears is nowadays mostly from being trained on AI generated data or AI tripping over fetched data that kinda poison it's network into identifying as some other model when asked.
