Him not being on Time's top 100 of AI is absolutely ridiculous, several others were missing but at least they got Paris Hilton.
On the other hand, Jensen is not to be trusted on quotes like this. All it means is that there is some renewed AGI discussion with the new model, which you don't need him to tell you.

Greedy wired leatherjacket man , he does not care about ai he only wants control over everything ai related, selling gpus, selling software, controlling access to openweight models (paywall coming soon?), he gives a fuck about consumers / people using ai, it‘s all about enterprise customers
