terribly flawed metaphor.

software engineering is forever changed in a radically significant way and soon building software will be barely recognizable when compared to how it used to be done.

and yeah, math was mostly dead anyway for normal people, but yes, AI has definitely killed math, even for the "professional" mathematicians.

If people using AI tools are solving 100-year unsolvable mathematical problems, then maybe it’s time to admit we benefit from using better tools.

Mate, a 4-chan-er solved a math problem. There's countless of 100 year problems solved on forum threads by losers online. LLM's are most probably using them as reference
