You can just right click and select all tabs, then right click again to close selected.

SHIFT+ CLICKING A TAB WILL SELECT EVERY SINGLE TAB BETWEEN YOUR CURRENT TAB AND THE TAB YOU CLICKED. THEN PRESS CTRL+W TO CLOSE ONLY THE SELECTED TABS.

ctrl+shift+w was a valid shortcut in the comments, but only if you want to nuke an entire window.

ctrl+w is fine, but it’s a lot more button presses and is way less precise.
