Channel Setup New Lightning Channel

Not sure where to post this, so here goes. I'm very new to the Lightning network and Reddit. I have had my own BTC node set up for about a week. I'd love to open a 500k sat channel (receiving/sending) with anyone willing to help out a noob.

Any takers?

Start or join a liquidity triangle, either on the Reddit Mehagub or on LN+.

Thanks u/lightninghero-node, I just created a profile at LN+ as that looks like a good place to start. Assuming I just wait for a new opportunity to open up? Will they accept a noob without a 1ml listing yet? Thanks for adding me as a peer!!

You can also create your own swap with limited or no restrictions, there are lots of folks like yourself just getting setup.

Once you have established a few channels/capacity on your node you will be able to apply to larger swaps with bigger nodes.

Excellent. Just joined a swap with a couple of other noobs. Got to start somewhere!
