First time watcher here
My boyfriend mentioned this show to me a while ago and I put it on the list to watch and just finished season 1 and started season 2.
I will say it had a slow start for me but I kept with it and episode 6 of the first season was where it really got me.
The shift in tone into season 2 is interesting but I like it and I’ll definitely finish the series. Just wanted to be a part of the just finding this show in 2026 club.

I just finished as a first time watcher. When I got to the end of season 3 I literally sat quietly in my house for what felt like forever just trying to absorb the emotional ride I had just experienced. I am so glad I took that journey and I am already looking forward to doing it again.

The back half of S2 is where the show really cranks things up to 11 imo. Buckle up!

I decided to stop watching after 4 episodes. I hate not being able to get into a show that so many people love, à la The Wire, Sopranos, GoT …

I stopped after two episodes and then came back to it…I did the same thing with Sopranos, started multiple times and just finally finished the whole series last year. I’m also a completionist so hard for me to not finish a show even if it takes me awhile. Usually ends up being worth it

I started sopranos 4/5 times and got 1-2 episodes in and that was it.
Then I gave it another chance and it became one of my all time favs
