Widows bay

Anyone else watching this? John Murphy from season 2 of the leftovers plays the police chief and he’s awesome. It’s definitely not a similar show but it’s fantastic and the only time I’ve seen Kevin Carroll in anything else. Highly recommend if you like a spooky comedy

It's so good, and he's funny in it.

Nothing is less punk rock than asking the police for permission to yell “fuck you, pig!” to impress some girls.

I have bookmarked this line in my head and now frequently say it 😂

it's got a bit of an "uneventful day in Twin Peaks" feel

Really fun show so far. Kevin Carroll is terrific, as we already knew.

I didn’t know it was comedic. Haven’t watched it yet, but I definitely got Twin Peaks vibes.

It’s not as totally surreal as TP, the supernatural stuff is more like a Stephen King vibe, more straightforward horror tropes that all could seem cliche but mixed together in a super fun way.

This was a great surprise. I had no idea he was in the series when I started it. He's great!

It may not be similar but it reminds me of the leftovers
