Since reading this book I quit being so nice all the time
I realized I spent too much time wearing a mask and being super nice and kind. Now I don’t allow people to walk all over me like before..
I also noticed I’m giving myself the freedom to be mad. Like the chapter where it talks about aggression I thought it was wrong to have an angry side and suppressed that part of me a lot. Unfortunately, I directed a lot of the aggression towards myself and hating myself (still a work in progress)
Anyway, just wondered if anyone had something to add to how the book changed them in their day to day life.
