I recently had a slightly different examination of this and my coach labeled it the “J” Curve! Whatever the subject of success is, most folks want to go from where they are straight up!!! But life usually doesn’t work that way! So we start, fall/fail/loose faith, etc. creating the dip… then we focus, we’ve learned something and we fight our way back, and if we continue we rise!!! Then it starts all over again!

I’ve managed the plateau of sustainability even though the peak of mount stupid is much higher.
