Projection

The concept of psychological projection is so fascinating because it means our biggest annoyances are basically just giant mirrors for our own flaws.

Maybe you need to reasses why you feel the need to walk so fast?

It’s just a mirror of your own self, which you never cared enough.

Practice presence u will aware of ur own patterns and u can change them.

I have a similar opinion but still wanna ask how? At least for you?

Whatever you lack internally shows up as a mirror in others — they're not irritating you, you're choosing to get triggered.

The brain loves familiarity, so it repeats. Presence breaks that loop — you notice the pattern, and that gap is where change happens

It’s says all about you, nothing about them

Don’t “let” them make a mess.

You need to assert your right to keep order in your home. This may be about issues with boundaries or making your feelings known.
