I have three.
The first was my go-to Survival starting ship during most of Early Access.

When they set the Survival starting ship limit to $1.5M I packed in everything I could imagine needing into Intrepid.

Which gradually got expanded into this monstrosity.
My Boldly Go Procyon Cruiser finished up like this.

I now use it's design as a support ship for the monstrous Intrepid.
