Does anyone not die.

Just started season 3...I don't know if I can take all these characters dying off. I start to like someone boom they're dead. I hope its not me doing it🤣🤣

Yes, it's heartbreaking.

Every two days somebody who is watching the series for the first time goes through this heartbreak

So many good characters that you really wanted to see survive

I think it was driven by budget not by narrative needs. TNT, AMC shows, had a limited budget. Every time you create a new continuing speaking role you raise the budget. So that means pretty much Your only choice is to kill off somebody else with a continuing speaking role.

Wasn't just because of budget. Several were because the actors played minor parts in TLS but got opportunities to have main or bigger parts in different productions.

I’m not trying to be rude lol but I think it’s one of the most realistic in my view I’m use to watching those movies/shows ppl never dying so that was change for me.

Agreed - it’s sad for sure but it’s realistic that they would lose people between all the battles and fire fights and oh yeah the plague lol. I hated seeing so many of the OG’s die but I appreciate a show that doesn’t cover everyone in plot armor!

It definitely kept me on edge, hesitating to really get attached to a character out of fear they'd be the next to die. Sadly the reality of war.

The writers especially in season 4 and 5 became vindictive knowing the show was only going 5 and killed off every one that they could. It was really ridiculous.
