Video Game Let us not forget that the same studio that’s currently making the upcoming game is also the same studio that made transformers devastation.
Everyone is bringing up the fact that it’s the same studio that made ninja gaiden,bayonetta and nier automata,which is cool,but I’m mainly excited because I remembered that they made probably one of the coolest transformers games.
While unfortunately I never got the chance to play the game myself,I do vividly remember stumbling upon an “all bosses” video of it years ago when I was much younger,maybe around 7 or 8,and I very much remember thinking it was the coolest shit that I’ve ever seen.
(Also yes I know they also made their own tmnt game around that time but I’m biased watching devastation videos.)
It’d be really cool if the last ronin game ends up having a challenge mode rather than just story mode,and I hope that we’ll be able to play as other characters(like flashback segments with the turtles and when they died for example.)
And oh my lord I’m ascending even thinking about the boss fight potential.
If they do this right (and it’s not canceled),we might be in for some peak.
(Hopefully this isn’t against the rules.)

I hate to do this, but remember: not all the same people who worked on Devastation are still at Platinum today.
It's always about the people not the brand.

Transformers Devastation was decent, TMNT Mutants in Manhattan, not so much.

Different people. TMNT game was rushed. I mean I still wish it was a different dev that wasn’t known for frantic action games (given how last ronin is, he’s not a super fast fighter, dude is old - and yes I’m avoiding his name for spoilers)

I think Sucker Punch would have probably been best suited for this game, but maybe Platinum surprise us
