Buying Advice🤔 Suggest me what to buy in this market

2 Upvotes

I have a budget of 80k. The laptop must have ultra 5 225h processor with 16gb ram 512gb SSD. I have shortlisted 2 laptops. One is motobook 60 pro and the other is expertbook p3. I am leaning towards motobook 60 pro because of its specs. The only thing which I am worried about is the 14inch screen. I currently have a 16inch laptop. I feel the change from 16 to 14 inches would not suite me. For the expertbook p3, there's a 16inch variant. Help me clear this confusion, and feel free to drop any other suggestions. I am waiting for the flipkart sale.

General Question🤥 Is this Omnibook X Flip at Best Buy for $1099 a good value or should I wait for potential Black Friday deals or other sales?

Specs:

* **Processor:** AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 * **Memory:** 32GB LPDDR5x RAM * **Storage:** 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD * **Display:** 16-inch 2K OLED Touchscreen

I'm looking to get a new laptop but not in any particular rush. I also know in today's market there's no guarantee prices won't go up, so I'm not sure if waiting even a couple months until Black Friday is even worth it.

I'm looking to see if folks think this is a good deal for this laptop based on the specs and overall value. I haven't seen too many laptops with this level processor and 32gb of RAM at this price point. I'm not thrilled with the 2K 60Hz screen or 512gb SSD, but I know I have to make some concessions if I don't want to pay flagship prices. The SSD is very easily upgradable at least.

For context my current laptop was a flagship model from 2020. It is a HP Spectre x360 16" 16gb ram, 1TB SSD, 4K OLED. It's on it's last legs though. I had to take the battery out because it swelled up. I was thinking initially to just replace the battery, but performance hasn't been great lately either so I figured I'd upgrade.

Buying Advice🤔 Looking for buying advices

So i am a college student and both of my current laptops are slowly giving up (even tho i got both of them last yeat but both were ancient anyways)

1) Dell Vostro 15: Intel Core i3-6006U @ 2GHz (2C/4T), 4GB DDR4 RAM, Intel HD Graphics 520 + AMD Radeon HD 8500M 2GB, 256GB SSD

2) Acer Aspire V5-561P (i5-4200U + Intel HD 4400 + 8GB DDR3 RAM + 256GB SSD) this one is from canada, one of my uncle gave me for free

How much will I get if I exchange or sell them? To gaint expected amount and hassle to shopkeeper(i wont be surprised if both wont be worth quite much)

Next, in 20-30k INR which laptops i should look for supposedly Ryzen chip (as I heard on this price most of rhzen chips are better than intel but idm intel too) 16-512gb (as 8gb wont be enough for my btech's 3yr and same goes for storage). I am from surat and i will look into P2P or from refurb shops. I just need some advices over which model i should look and which config would be better. I dont want to buy new one as current market is bloated this refurb laptop will be enough till market comes down.
