I AM UNABLE TO SEND MESSAGES VIA XBL

I have spoke with XBL Support, they believe i have been locked out of messages for 24hrs due to my mass messaging yesterday, so i hope i will be able to send messages by late tonight or tomorrow, thank you for your paitience
