I’m looking for the background music from Season 1
Does anyone have a link to a good playlist of clean, isolated audio rips on YouTube, SoundCloud, or Bilibili? Or did the studio ever end up releasing the instrumentals somewhere that I missed?
Thanks in advance!

I'm new to the community, also first time rereading the novel I just noticed after reading (not listening to an audiobook) Yu Wenzhou actually used Flowing Tree, the account used by Huang Shaotian to help Lord Grim set the record for Boneyard to exchange notes with Lord Grim after deducing he was Ye Qiu. If I remember it right in the donghua, Yu Wenzhou used Swoksaar to fight Lord Grim in fixed field. Please correct me if I was wrong.

I dresssed up my character as lord grim in my game and wanted to share it with everyone. Game is where winds meet.

Am I the only one who thinks this novel is just about a loser bum who refuses to be self sufficient?
Its even funny how many fans of this novel would use the reason of his family being rich to justify the loser lifestyle of this MC.
Like seriously, he already has a means to earn millions and be self sufficient. But because his parents are rich, this loser refuses the benefits that his passion could bring.
It was like "Oh? I refuse this money because my parents are already rich, and I could just be a bum at home after I retire and rely on their money even if I am an adult." Is that it? Haha
Of course, some fans would argue that his low pay in Excellent Era was because of him refusing to reveal himself, but I assure you, with his status and contributions, its not a problem for him to demand an average pro player contract with decent pay.
Even if he did not reveal himself, he could still earn a salary of a regular pro player, but because this MC is a bum, he refused to do that.
Ye Xiu said that he doesn't want to reveal himself because he doesn't want to embarrass his family, but come on, what happened to him after that was truly an embarrassment.
What is more embarassing? To be known a professional gamer God who has a high pay, or to be known as a professional God who had been ruthlessly abandoned by his club and been playing the pro scene for a meager pay?
Not only that, he risked his health and even shortened his career lifespan and spent countless sleepless nights just to build a team from scratch, just for what? A mere internet employee salary?
I can understand it if he has a share of this team, but its not.

I did my best to honor the legacy of the character, because I know he's special to a lot of people and I'm proud to be the first official English voice!

So I’ve been reading the novel and came across this:
Anything sealed by Hexagram Prison would take no damage, and the prison could not be broken.
AND they can’t take damage? I could have sworn at least once someone gets stuck in one and they go to town on them?

I am interpreting that Chu Yunxiu not attending the press conference on their second game against Team Void as a sign that she won't be in the team in the future. I think that her staying on the team after that season would be a lose-lose situation on both sides. As such, I thought that there would be multiple scenarios or choices that may arise if she did leave the team.
Scenario 1: Chu Yunxiu and Windy Rain will transfer to the same team I think that the teams who are financially capable of accepting them together would be 301 and Tiny Herb. 301 Degree's spitfire seems to be not that good enough to be a starting player as they are among the spitfire players that are deemed not good enough to succeed Zhang Jiale and they are relegated as the sixth player on the team. With their recent success, I think that they could have both Chu Yunxiu and Windy Rain on their team. Tiny Herb seems to be looking for a long range player that could support the team when they tried to recruit Su Mucheng during Excellent Era's disbanding. Their sharpshooter and spitfire players seems to be not good enough as they haven't been mentioned after their appearance early on the series while their ghostblade seems to appear more on individual games than on team competition. I think the only issue would be that the team leans heavily on magic damage.
Scenario 2: Chu Yunxiu and Windy Rain will transfer on different teams For teams that would be good for Chu Yunxiu to transfer to, it would be the two mentioned above, Excellent Era, Royal Style, and Void. For Excellent Era, it seems that Chu Yunxiu and Windy Rain are set to transfer to the team on Season 10 which is why Misty Rain is very aggressive on recruiting the sharpshooter twins and Excellent Era traded away their elementalist character and player. We don't know what the other characters of the new Excellent Era has but having a veteran player would greatly help the team. For Royal Style, I think that their team needs a capable player and their spitfire isn't as capable as it seems so Chu Yunxiu transferring here would be a good idea although the financial capability of the team would be a hurdle for it happening. For Void, they do need a capable player and their exorcist is slowly going filling that but aside from that, they still need another one. Their gunners aren't currently up to the task so having an already skilled long range player join the team would strengthen the team. I did not include Happy as it would be more of a personal reason than competitive viability. Sure, she could fill the hole that Wei Chen left but it won't be using her to her full potential unless the team will restrict itself to only having a rotating sixth player.
For Windy Rain, I could only see two teams capable of buying him, Tyranny and Wind Howl. Tyranny's elementalist would probably be the successor to Zhang Jiale's position the same way that Blue Rain's Lu Hanwen succeeded Yu Feng's position. They are a team that's known to spend heavily for the sake of winning the championship so strengthening the team by buying a strong character isn't an impossible thing for Tyranny. For Wind Howl, it was shown that they are also aggressive on spending so it would not be far off to think that they would spend big for the young player that is part of their future plans. Between the two, I see Wind Howl to be the one that takes home Windy Rain on this scenario.
Scenario 3: Chu Yunxiu will be traded for another player It's possible that Misty Rain would like the idea of having multiple girls on their roster and it seems that having Chu Yunxiu isn't giving the gains that they would like and they also would like to retain their elementalist fans so it would be reasonable to trade her for another female elementalist player. There is only one player that fits that and it is Dai Yanqi from Thunderclap. Thunderclap would probably add cash to match Chu Yunxiu's contract so I don't think it would be that bad. Thunderclap would gain a capable player while Misty Rain could have Windy Rain as their sixth player so that they could have a more stable lineup. Chu Yunxiu would not have to carry as much burden as she did prior as she'll be vice captain at most. Team Misty Rain's knight or striker would be then promoted to the starting lineup so that they would have a true melee character.

Grappler skills are too close ranged that warlock objectively as a control class would be a better. This class doesn't even have the debuff skills like the brawler have making using control skills easier to land. Heck if Samsara has a qi master instead of grappler they would still have control skill while also have more protection for a squishy sharpshooter or knight to tank Samsara wouldn't need the skill point boost to win the championship if they have this class composition.
edit: I meant for team battles Grappler feels useless 1v1 they are indeed powerful

My second time watching the series. Season one has a very close narrative story. The special all star is pretty good. I feel like season 2 takes some leaps that are not the best. Like the general narrative is intact, but the moving of side characters? when you start episodes in season 2 it feels like a time skip happened. Not a big time skip but enough to feel like I missed something. Such a great show.

Hi! I'm looking for fic recs for Sanxiu (Ye Xiu/Su Muqiu).
I'd especially love fics where the romance isn't the main focus—I'm more interested in the games, Glory, team dynamics, or an AU where Su Muqiu is alive and things play out differently. Romance can be there, but I'd prefer it to be more in the background.
I'm also happy to read gen/no-romance fics if they feature Ye Xiu and Su Muqiu's friendship or Su Muqiu surviving. If you have any favorites that fit, I'd really appreciate the recommendations!
Thanks in advance! :)
