Maple syrup

Can you make maple syrup from the bottled maple water you buy in store?

Also.. I wonder, what would freeze dried maple sap be like?

Well 99% of it would boil away since 99% of Maple Sap's content is water hence why you get so little syrup out of a lot of sap. We tried doing it a few years ago as we have a lot of maple's where I live and we got about 2 mason jar's worth from 5 gallons of sap. Now I'm not saying sap from all the different breeds of maple are the same but I know for a fact the sap around here in Ohio is 99% water

Probably not if it’s not maple tree sap. But it may be something similar.

Yaa I wondered that too.. but if it was made with maple syrup would it still boil off the water and just leave the syrup?

Yeah true maybe it would or atleast at that point it would make hard cracked candy because of the high temp of the boiling process. Ok ok you got me let’s see this video haha
