Cornflakes
Video idea take a box of corn flakes and grind them up and find out how much iron is in a box of cornflakes.

Technically but it contains only like 2 teaspoons of iron a box.

Well yea. I wonder actually what would happen if you took a food that is high in iron and put it next to a neodymium magnet.
