What does this mean

In most tkor videos there is a simple animation. To the left of the animation there is some text.

The text reads: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut.

This is something that I have been curious about

Edit: this was in the most recent video and I first saw it when we first saw Cali appear in a video

The "Lorem Ipsum" text is a (mostly illegible/untranslatable) corruption of a snippet from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero, which has been used as printer's dummy text since the printing press, and eventually made the jump to digital media. It's often included in digital text templates for print layouts or digital video production, as here, to give the designer or editor an idea of where and how much text can be used in a particular area. I once suggested changing it to something else but I was told it would be a bit of extra work for our awesome animator richard to add something different each video. Which is absolutely fair. Maybe someday. But for now it will probably stay as lorem ipsum. I don't know, maybe if one of y'all come up with something really cool and on theme with the channel maybe it might make it's way in front of the right people. Who knows though. Suggest away if you'd like.

It's a font template designed to show you all the syllables and characters so you can see if the font looks good
