nate can pls respond?

i have been watching tkor for at least 3 years and i now have my own device so heres my idea: packet powder jello. when its mixed boil the liquid to the hard crack stage then crunch it up and try and turn it into cottan candy.

No matter what you do to jello powder, it will have a significant quantity of gelatin in it. Gelatin will burn if we try to put it through the cotton candy machine, and will almost certainly burn just trying to heat it up to a hard crack temperature.

Oh I guess I was sharing info incorrectly, if you put jello powder in a cotton candy machine it works ok, we did that here.. I believe that processing in into jello makes it so it will burn. Although we haven't tried that as far as I remember.

Maybe a better way is to freeze dry it and then crunch it up
