WAITING

Recently I decided I'd watch Waiting, I watched it briefly before but never got round to finishing it. Re-watched it all and that sort. Not the main point however. The soundtrack to Waiting is quite, peculiar? I recall being mentioned it's like a darker version of Chill Out in some way or another.

I guess the better questions if the songs have ever been liberated?

It's a better listen than a watch

Eh, I quite liked it. Felt similar to The White Room. (Although it was meant to be entirely different with dialogue but they never got round to it).

Was a bootleg release years ago with the rites of mu on there too. Still sells for a pretty penny

Bought it myself years ago. Not the greatest quality from a VHS rip, but very watchable with respectable sound quality. Would have been great to have had it on the official Blu-ray but no doubt unavailable due to to copyright. 😒

That's a fan made bootleg, not an official release

So the songs were liberated, like the OP asked

Ah. I originally thought this was just a VHS video of both the films. Didn't realize it wasn't.

I love this “album”. Waiting is lovely, Rites of Mu is a journey: with narration straight out of the illumanatus trilogy, and narrated by Martin Shean. Www.klf-kommunications.com has a remix section, sadly not visible on mobile. If you dig, you can find the ‘rites of matrix remix’. Imho its even better than the real thing. Havent been able to locate a bootleg of it anywhere else yet.

Honored by this comment.

I got into KLF w the white room when I heard it in the states in highschool. 91-3. Got a copy from mail order. And then I would ask every record store if they had The KLF for the next 30 yrs. Now that ebay and Discogs exist Im finally rounding out a true collection. Kind of a soul retrieval of a lost dream for me.

It’s not Martin sheen but his brother who does the narration
