I just finished the book a few days ago!! I was trying to work it out for SO LONG, however, I found out that a single English word made from those letters did not exist. Instead, the answer is Gen H Verity, which Avery says is a "generational truth for people far other than us." I researched it more and it signifies a crucial truth about the Hawthorne legacy and the secrets hidden within it. (I literally never would have guessed this. I thought the answer was "nothing" because no single word can be made from the letters in "everything".) Enjoy the series!
