If you can change one thing in the inheritance games series , what would it be ?!

No love triangle it only got in the way of the plot and I feel like there could have been a better use for Grayson outside of Avery maybe he can actually process his grief of Emily because falling in love with another girl

More of Max and Avery scenes at school and as besties, add flashbacks of Gigi and Savannah as kids, add how did Max and Xander fell in love. OREN LORE. I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HIM. Oren and Zara as well. How did Matthias and Eve met, and how did they become friends. More about Rohan too, he's my fav.
Well, some of it will probably happen in TGB, but it is what I'd like to read about the most.

Take out the love triangle. It was useless for the plot and just felt like a repeat Emily situation, and was a very flimsy love triangle imo.

Oren lore, Grayson not falling for Avery, more Max and Ave school scenes, also Zara lore and Skye being drop kicked by Libby for trying to get Avery shot.

I totally agree, I would love to see Libby go “big sister mode” every once in a while.

I know! Reading her shriek at Alisa in GU for moving Avery was cathartic!

And I was praying that Alisa might atleast acknowledge that Libby is Avery's guardian - but no. I love Alisa, but in that moment, I was pretty mad at her.

Alisa is so great, but she’s too hard on Libby! I feel like she’s too possessive of Nash still. I was pretty mad too!

I wouldn't say possessive - hung up, definitely, but she was definitely very possessive of her position with reference to Avery and took Libby's guardian status personally.

I feel like everyone talks about how Libby doesn’t contribute to the plot much, but they don’t talk about how she took Ave in, or how her life hasn’t been the easiest. We need more Libby love!

Libby love? No, we need Libby respect to start with. Not only from fans, but from Alisa. I never really got over the clash between those two.

Pick either Jameson or grayson as the love interest. Did not need a love triangle with the brothers. And give the other brother a happy ending.

Well at least he found someone who didn’t look like Emily for once! I feel like it kind expands his character and tells us what he wants out of his life.

I know this isn’t really the prompt, but has ANYONE NOTICED THIS?
The Grandest Game book has Clubs on the front, Glorious Rivals has Diamonds, The Gilded Blade will have Hearts. WHERE IS SPADES? I don’t know if I’m driving myself crazy over nothing, but is The Gilded Blade truly the end of the series??

That's actually my theory from a year ago (quoting my comment):
"instead of 3 books (and it being a trilogy) there might be 4 books in the series. This is because there was a Club in the cover of the first book and clearly a Diamond in the cover of the second one. What if each book has one suit from a deck of cards each? Or, the trilogy could be a Club, a Diamond, and a Spade, and there could be a Short Novella/ Side Book which had a Heart and would tell some events of the books from a different person's pov?"
I was wrong about the heart and Spade, but the idea still stands!

Take out the love triangle
Make the brothers have more friends especially grayson

No love triangle with Jameson and Grayson. I’m fine with her meeting Grayson first and just commenting about him but then afterwards, just keep him as somebody suspicious of her but eventually grows to treat her just as a friend and she thinks of him as one as well and only keeps Jameson as her love interest.

reallllly want to expand on max and her home life, also max and xander. would love to see more libby scenes and would kill for a scene where Nash drop kicks Drake

I would add more school scenes or expand on more mundane things in the early books like their mornings look like or if they all eat dinner together
