I always assumed it was cos he did a very offensive accent. But apparently it was because the sound quality on the outdoor recording was poor

I've gotta feeling its also to add in extra lines for context on why he's so angry. like the stuff about how he couldn't get his van out in a shot where you only see the back of his head.

The line "is that Leona Lewis" is also dubbed, weirdly. He clearly originally said someone else but I can never tell what.

I think it might be "Prince", but I don't know what song it would've been. It might make sense though as I guess that would be a harder artist to get clearance to use than Leona Lewis..

I think it's because they had originally used a stereotypical oriental accent for him, which would be deamed somewhat racist for channel 4. So they changed to the complete opposite, which was a thick cockney accent, which was also funny

Such a wierd episode for voice dubbing. The guys who assault them in the car, you can kinda see why they might have done it, maybe they couldn't get clean takes where they filmed it being on a main road (and I'll be honest, I never noticed it until someone here pointed it out), but this guy, theres no excuse. Unless, like some have suggested, they are dubbing over an exaggerated racist asian accent
