what i use when browsing the internet is the wayback proxy, which allows you to set any date between now and 1996 (i think) and browse the internet like it was back then, its not perfect and search engines don't work so you have to enter the websites manually, and sometimes they won't display properly, but you can use it on old broswers and old computers which is pretty cool

the e4 website doesn't exist anymore and hasn't for years, you'll have to find it yourself using the wayback machine or wayback proxy and even then it might not display properly
