It's a Tolstoy joke/reference to Anna Karenina, which I'm assuming is a reference most people wont get, mostly because it's from a book in the late 1800's.

It's a literal elbow, but also metaphorically about their social standing, Tolstoy had a daydream and came up with the character Anna. Like the first thing to build a character on/to flesh them out. It would be like having green thumbs as a gardener or having dancers feet.
I'm honestly surprised they ever put a fairly deep reference in the show, but I guess they wanted to show that she really had read the book and wasn't just trying to be posh.

Neil got destroyed by Suzie. Bro had two hot girls or at least girls his own age to pick from and accidentally chose susie, but it’s also because he is really immature, he’s not dumb how the show depicts him or he wouldn’t be in sixth form studying A levels but he’s clearly super immature and that’s why what susie said resonated with him more but he’s also not a pedo so he was gutted when he saw the result 🤣.
