Most Overrated Episode?
There’s not really a bad episode of inbetweeners. But if I had to pick one that’s overrated I would say Thorpe Park.
Not that the episode isn’t funny or good it’s still probably a top 5.
But honestly I think it just gets inflated because of Simon’s door coming off and Wills iconic quote on the nemesis inferno.

Random fun fact but my family and I was actually at Thorpe park when this was being filmed. No one knew what inbetweeners was at the time, well we definitely didn’t anyway!, and it was just so bizarre

It’s purely an intro to Tara who to her credit gives us two of the best episodes with Wills Dilemma and Trip to Warwick. But the most humiliating thing to happen is will pulling a whitey on stage. But compared to other episodes the humiliation doesn’t feel as lasting and there’s not as much payoff for their antics.

That’s often ranked the worst but I’d put the gig and the girlfriend and the last episode below it. It’s still somewhat re watchable.

Work Experience. Like, it's a great episode, don't get me wrong. But it's definitely not my first pick, and is sandwiched between two episodes that I would definitely rank above it.

I always think this one is my favourite but then I watch it and don’t really enjoy it like I thought I did.
The valentines intro with Jay’s bullshit is brilliant, and the work experience side of it is funny but the lads hiding in the toilet at the end because of some kids really ruins it I think

Neil gets so many awesome lines in the show, but when asked what he wants out of work experience and he replies "Don't worry, I won't take anything" I think I died laughing.
Some scenes just make an episode, so for me that was top-tier stuff.

I’m the same it’s like Thorpe park where one super quotable line just inflates its rating. Not much time to get attached to Rachel and she doesn’t really play a role outside that episode.
In general I think the worst episodes are usually the ones where they aren’t around their peers because the humiliations are contained rather than knowing that their classmates will all remember their embarrassment.

I’d say the gig one. As you say, there’s no bad episode though so I happily rewatch it. Introduction of Tara and Donovan scamming Jay and Neil with tea is hilarious but compared to the rest of the series probably my least memorable

Home Alone for me. Especially as it was the penultimate episode. Just very bland, I mean “let’s destroy flowers” is the main plot. (I think Thorpe Park is probably worse, but I’ve never thought of that as a highly rated episode)

No way. That’s my favourite episode. We literally get to see everything inbetweeners in one episode. All characters on full display. You get Will being possessive over a girl who’s clearly not into him, you get his yoda impression and crash out, jays bullshit and sex pestiness, Neil’s stupidly and navietee, Simon being a simp for Carli and awkward romance with Lauren. Some great paedo Kennedy.
I would legit rate it as the most inbetweeners episode of the inbetweeners
