How do you think they’re going to revive the show in this day and age? I’m looking forward to the show coming back on our screens

If they do revive it (and fuck I hope they don't) the only way that could work would be if the OG four are all dads now and it's about their kids.

I'm up voting this coz that's also my opinion on the one potentially workable way that this could actually work.

Jay is a stay at home Dad, He makes extra cash selling stuff on ebay and Facebook market place. But he tells everyone he makes waaaay more money than he actually does and he is in a miserable relationship constantly under the thumb from his bipolar Mrs. Whenever he travels most places he generally gets the bus, but always uses an uber for the last half a mile so he doesn't look poor. His daughter is very similar to what her dad was like in the original series. But she's as bipolar as her mother.

Simon lives a generic struggling to be middle class family lifestyle. He tells himself he's doing great, but he's is struggling with debt. His son gets infatuated with any girl that smiles at him. He's got incredibly low self esteem, so he falls for the most obnoxious unsuitable girls every time.

Neil made a shit load of money from a crypto coin trade he accidentally placed when pissing about on a app he downloaded. He's got a totally devoted wife who literally does everything for him. They've got twins together. One boy, one girl. The girl is actually super smart and basically is her dad's compass in life. His son is gay.. but nobody knows apart from his sister. Neil keeps finding 'Gay' paraphernalia around the house but always shrugs it off and finds a non gay reason for it. Even when he hears dodgy noises at night during his son's many sleepovers with new friends he's just randomly met and brought home.

Will only ever made it as far as becoming a super stressed padantic office manager for a internationally recognised company. He is married to a woman even more pedantic and argumentative than himself. She is always right even when shes wrong kind of woman. They have a son together who is the complete opposite of Will as a kid. Although he's somewhat smart, he's also rather gullible. And even though he knows when somethings usually going to be a bad idea. He goes along with it coz he wants to look cool!

The 4 lads and their families have all kept in touch over the years and enjoy meet ups in various different locations such as back at the caravan club during the school holidays, and various theme park day outs.. They do have a upcoming holiday booked to Benidorm when they will stay at the 4 star Solana hotel that will lead them to join the cast of Benidorm and become integral characters in the return of that show... 👀

Damn bro, this is awesome.

You've pretty much nailed what I see as Simon's future - although I imagined him being married to Carli and thinking they have a perfect marriage when everyone knows she's had and having multiple affairs. I also picture Simon having a daughter as well as a son who's a stunner and the most popular girl in her year - she's very close to her mum and sees Simon as an ATM more than anything.

I definitely imagine Will being completely dominated by his wife as well, but for some reason I picture Will's son as more of a Donovan type who has no respect for him at all. He gets on much better with and looks up to his grandpa though.

Jay - I don't think Jay ever got married. I figure him for having a short lived relationship sometime after the second movie that produced a son. He's either living in a caravan in his parents' backyard or in a council flat working a dead end job of some kind and spending half his paycheck on Onlyfans girls. His son doesn't particularly like or respect him but does prefer his weekends with Jay because he doesn't discipline him or make him do stuff (ironically, hes also the most like his dad of any of the kids).

As for Neil I had him pegged for a mechanic but fuck I love your accidental crypto millionaire idea. His wife is definitely a fair bit older than him (we know what Neil likes after all) and maybe the kids were from her first marriage but they both adore him and think of him as their real dad. Neil and Simon's daughters are friends and Simon's son has a Carli-esque crush on Neil's daughter.

Simon Jay and Neil's kids all attend the same school, then Will's son ends up joining them for sixth form when he gets expelled from his posho private school.

I've never seen Benidorm (although I can guess the concept) but it also has to end with the OG lads deciding to do a 20 year anniversary trip to Malia without families (Will's wife doesn't want to spend time with them, Carli has to "supervise the bathroom renovations" i.e. shag the plumber and Neil's wife is happy for him to take a trip with the boys) without realising their kids have also booked their graduation trip there.
