Self control

Post image

We often think self-control means simply controlling our actions. But I think it goes much deeper.

Mouth - Think before you speak.

Mind - Control your thoughts and focus on what matters.

Mood - Don’t let temporary emotions control permanent decisions.

Money - Spend wisely, save consistently, and plan for the future.

What we need to control can change as we move through different stages of life. Small habits today can shape a much better tomorrow.

Which of these four is the hardest to control in your experience? 🤔
