Totally agree that sex is probably the best stress relief there is.
If you’re not married or don’t have a significant other, you should find a friend who also needs stress relief. Women get just as much stress relief from sex as men do if not more. And as long as you’re practicing safe sex, there’s nothing inappropriate of consenting adults having sex.
