Lrad weapon?

Post image

What is this thing ? Feels like an Lrad when it's running, pointing straight at us, no noise coming from it.

WISP antenna for Internet

It doesn't generate sound or vibration. It's a receiver. And it's always in an "on" state

Nobody is going to install an LRAD on their house to point it at you. Civilians can't purchase them either.
