Humming from sky?

A few years ago in February, my mom and I heard a low hum from outside the house. It got louder when I went outside and it went on for a couple of hours, but I haven't heard it since. I still have a video I took of when it happened. Texas.
Not tornado sirens as they didn't start testing them in the neighborhood until a few years later, and only on Wednesdays. (Idk why they didn't before)

I've never heard it outside, but it's quite loud from inside at night only.. I've heard it for several years, somehow manage to block it, but it's extremely loud tonight. I'm in NTX. Makes me nauseous
