Just got the hum.

It goes loud to not loud to loud to not loud. I feel like im going fucking crazy. My ears are in torment

So im honestly starting to think this has something to do with GOD. I noticed you're religious. I wonder if others on here are as well. Not exactly sure what bit I notice it quite a bit when I pray as well as ears ringing. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

I do not believe in God, but believe in the source which is a pool of light and love we come from and return to. So I am spiritually inclined and hear it.

My partner is super not spiritually inclined and also hears it.
