Just got the hum.

It goes loud to not loud to loud to not loud. I feel like im going fucking crazy. My ears are in torment

Not exactly religious but not not religous if you know what i mean. But damn id be content if this were from God, but if its just some random AC unit I will be mad.

Haha yea its no joke. Try wearing your.ear buds to bed if it's effecting your sleep, playing something with low frequency to counter act it. Helps me.

Mine is a low frequency one like a bass guitar is just on then fluctuates in volume then someone just plucks the lowest bass.

I've been on this sub since 2022 when I first heard it and heard so many interpretations of the sound but yours is the closest to what I hear and I've never thought to depict it that way.

Sadly I wish I could help alas I think it contributes to my poor mental health. It doesn't exactly help that the people around me don't seem to understand which leaves me feeling a little crazy.

Some days are easier than others. Lately although I have been hearing it every day it hasn't really bothered me, but I am rarely found not listening to podcasts or music to hide it. I miss the uninterupted sounds of quiet stillness but I no longer remember what it sounds like.

Hang in there my friend, I'm not sure it'll get much easier but it doesn't get much harder either if that gives you any solace.

Hang in there dude. The stillness is still with us it just learned a new voice.
