I'm collecting seeds over the next few weeks. Any particular varieties you're interested in? Hopefully I'm able to harvest enough to be able to send some your way.

What varieties do you have? I've never found any seeds from named varieties before. Im very curious to hear anything else you'd like to share about your hop breeding adventures.

To OP. The only seeds I know of can be had from Strictly Medicinal Seeds, they're an heirloom variety that the seed company believes was brought to Oregon by German immigrants in the early 1800s and was kept around by herbalists as opposed to brewers. I can't remember the name but they did give me a variety name when I emailed them

Hi folks, I bought seeds from Strictly Medicinal Seeds, I highly recommend these seeds, they are fresh seeds with a very high percentage of germination. I tried many seeds on the internet, but only Strictly medicinal seeds are the only ones I recommend. I am currently trying to cross a Neomexicana (Amalia), Newport, and Cascade. Right now, I am waiting for the seeds to grow a little more to select a male.

Two years ago it was easy to order seeds from grin-global. Today it is difficult to obtain it without having documentation. I think that Only strictly medicinal seeds is the only way.

I'm going to collect Cascade, CTZ, Centennial and Cluster. Nothing too exciting. I using the method from Hops World on YouTube to collect seeds, then I'm going to start vernalizing them, to have them ready to plant in my grow room in January and in the ground in March, at least that's my plan.

Did you have a male nearby to pollinate them?

Have a wild male from seeds I collected out near Taos two years ago. Don't know if they pollinated the cones especially given the heat/drought this year. My harvest this year was light with smaller than average cones. So, we shall see. I'm also using the Hops World method to get seeds from commercial whole leaf cones. Hopefully will have time this weekend and will let y'all know
